Position Details:
Duration: 6 +months
Pay Range: $28-$32
Working: 5 10's
Per-Diem: $100 per work day plus travel pay!

Your Role in Our Team
As a Journeyman Ironworker at LPR, you'll be instrumental in erecting structural iron and steel, ensuring that each project reflects quality and precision, completed within set timelines.
Required Skills
- Structural Expertise: Proficient in bolting-up structural members.
- Welding Skills: Competence in 3G and 4G welding.
- Rigging and Hoisting: Skilled in rigging structural-steel members and hoisting beams, girders, and columns using cranes or directing equipment operators.
- Detail-Oriented: Expertise in detailed tasks like installing various steel components, safety installations, and joist spreading.
- Assembling Acumen: Adept in assembling and plumbing structural steel, installing decks, and welding steel stairs, handrails, and guardrails.
- Field Fabrication: Ability to perform field fabrication or assembly as per blueprints or instructions.
- Additional Skills: Proficiency in inserting sealing strips, wiring, insulating materials, and more in various structures.
Required Experience
- Use all safety and personal protective equipment for the purpose intended. Use of safety harness and lanyard for proper tie off.
- Operate boom lift and scissor lift.
- Pull, push, or pry structural-steel members into approximate positions for bolting into place.
- Walk/stand on girders or other structural-steel members to position them or use rope to guide them into position.
