Ensuring the completion of Food Service Worker duties during the assigned shift through manual performance. These tasks include, but are not limited to, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, wet or dry mopping, pot and pan washing, cleaning and sanitizing equipment, cleaning tables in the dining area, serving on the serving line, operating the dish machine, and cleaning the kitch
