About Optometric Care Associates

Established in 1977, Optometric Care Associates has provided quality eye care services to families and residents in and around Paso Robles, Los Osos, and Atascadero. The practice strives to provide the best possible solution for patients' eye health and vision needs through the latest technologies and evidence-based treatments. The team of Optometrists offer full-scope optometry, specializing in comprehensive eye health assessments, ocular disease diagnosis and treatment, vision therapy, surgical co-management, and specialty contact lenses. About the Associate Optometrist Position

Optometric Care Associates is seeking a full-time Associate Optometrist passionate about providing the highest level of individualized and personalized care. You'll provide comprehensive vision services, recommend vision-enhancing products, and promote good eye through patient education-on average, 16 to 20 patients are cared for daily. The practice is looking for a go-getter who is comfortable in a fast-paced clinical environment and interested in growing the patient base. This is an excellent opportunity to care for a variety of patients and conditions while working alongside the industry's best experts.

To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate leadership, communication, interpersonal skills, and compassion for patient health and safety.
