Sales Learning and Development & Events Manager

(Remote, US)

As a TEAMMATE:

The Sales Learning and Development & Events Manager will be responsible for coordinating various learning and development initiatives, managing events, and supporting the sales team in achieving their targets. The role will involve collaborating closely with sales leadership, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to design and execute effective training programs and engaging events. Additionally, the Manager will oversee the content creation and maintenance of our partner portal and internal website to ensure a seamless educational experience for all stakeholders.

Oversees the management, facilitation and execution of the education and training strategy for a dynamic and expanding sales and service force. Facilitate and manage educational opportunities for end-users including (but not limited to) live seminars, online courses/webinars, and recorded materials.

What you'll get to do in this role:

  • Coordinate annual sales meetings, including logistics, agenda planning, and content development to ensure impactful and engaging events.
  • Create and update content on the partner portal and internal website to provide educational resources and support to the sales team.
  • Support trade show events by coordinating logistics, preparing materials, and facilitating sales team participation to maximize brand exposure and lead generation.
  • Design and facilitate onboarding education processes for new hires and develop strategies for competency evaluation and certification of the sales team.
  • Develop and manage directs sales training curriculum, programs and procedures.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team on key activities to maximize sales representative effectiveness and product awareness.
  • Anticipate and interpret customer needs and business challenges, collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive content development that meets diverse customer needs.
  • Coach teams and individuals in effective teamwork and sales strategies, fostering a positive and energizing work environment.

Travel Requirements: up to 25%, both domestic and international.

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in clinical, industry, and sales training, with a focus on developing people, sales teams, and leaders, preferably in Hearing and Balance.
  • Experience in supporting and managing key strategic and tactical execution for global communications/education.
  • Prior field selling and training experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of audiology, legal, and regulatory requirements, and their impact on sales training and communications.
  • Knowledge of product areas screening, hearing assessment, balance, and fitting necessary
  • Experience creating and delivering online education and training highly desirable
