Position Title: Maintenance Tech III - (Direct Hire Opportunity)

Wage: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift

Hours: 6:00am - 6:00pm, Sat, Sun, Mon

They are growing rapidly and are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to ensure their manufacturing and packaging equipment is running efficiently.

Maintenance Tech III Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Maintains, troubleshoots, and improves process and packaging systems and equipment, including control systems and electronic components.
-Leads maintenance projects and installations, initiating and completing work orders while ensuring documentation completion.
-Recommends process improvements and corrections, facilitating adjustments, modifications, or design changes.
-Fabricates repair parts and conducts sanitary welding to food-grade standards when necessary.
-Ensures inventory levels of equipment, parts, and supplies are maintained, expediting orders as needed.
-Adheres to company safety, HACCP, and GMP policies, promptly reporting any food safety or quality issues.

Maintenance Tech III Requirements:
- Education and Experience: Associate's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar food plant environment.

-Technical Skills: Proficiency in maintenance software (WonderWare, Ladder Logic, Allen Bradley), industrial maintenance expertise (electrical, millwright, or machine repair), and sanitary fabrication and welding techniques.
-Communication and Analytical Skills: Excellent communication skills, including conflict resolution, and strong analytical abilities for problem-solving.
-Certifications and Licenses: Hold a journeyman license in Electrician or Millwright and be certified to operate forklifts.
-Physical Ability: Demonstrated physical stamina and visual acuity to meet the demands of the job.
-Safety Awareness: Understanding of safety protocols and willingness to use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
