This individual can work fully remote, but will need to work EST hours.

As a Sales Operations Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage and support Sales Operations in regards to personnel management, metrics, systems tools, processes and projects. You will utilize your communication skills, high energy level and attention-to-detail to support a fast-paced sales infrastructure.

YOUR IMPACT

The essential functions of this position include:

  • Oversee, train, assist and develop the Sales Operations staff
  • Manage a successful sales operations reporting team and ensure that the team consistently meets or exceeds daily performance metrics.
  • Manage and enforce team processes, goals and performance metrics
  • Ensure that team members meet or exceed daily performance metrics
  • Mentor, train and manage employees
  • Understand and analyze trends and patterns for complex financial data
  • Understand business needs and objectives
  • Develop data analysis strategies
  • Develop data governance frameworks
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Follow ePlus' performance review process to promote communication, provide useful feedback about job performance and contribute to an employee's professional development

As a manager, you are also expected to:

  • Lead and guide team members, fostering growth through mentoring, coaching, and development, while ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Promote an environment of inclusivity and respect, valuing diverse perspectives and encouraging open dialogue among all team members.
  • Collaborate on strategic initiatives, leveraging your expertise to drive innovation and positive change within the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • College Degree in Business Intelligence or data-related field
  • 5 or more years of experience working with analytics, data, and BI
  • Strong working knowledge of database systems and Excel, Power BI experience is a plus
  • A good understanding of technology sales processes
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members, clients and prospects
  • Ability to coordinate work project resources amongst team members
  • Strong computer skills and technical knowledge - i.e. MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Access & MS CRM, ability to learn internal applications
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to succeed in a competitive, high-performance work environment
  • Self-starter, able to work independently and collaboratively, and have the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
  • Excellent work ethic
POSITION SPECIFICS

The base salary range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $100,000 and $130,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including commissions and discretionary bonuses, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
