Job Overview

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Killark Distribution Leadership Team by providing support related to Distribution as well as Customer Service activities to the Fenton Distribution Center.

A Day In The Life

Perform a wide variety of administrative functions in the DC, including but not limited to:

  • Follow all safety rules and report any potential unsafe conditions
  • Scheduling work cells
  • Print orders & create batches in SAP
  • Generate invoices in SAP
  • Create shipping documents for both domestic and export orders.
  • Field customer service inquiries (examples: delivery status, receiving status, inventorydiscrepancy, etc.)
  • Track orders in SAP & on carrier websites
  • Provide administrative support to the Distribution Center Leadership
  • Assist with yearly Physical Inventory
  • Daily inventory control as required for location audits and shipping error verifications
  • Additional duties as assigned

  • Proficient with MS Excel
  • Strong basic mathematical skills
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational & analytical skills
  • Minimum two years of experience with factory and DC practices and operations
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment
