Job Description
Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Program Manager with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12 + month contract position.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive multiple initiatives, across the risk portfolio
  • Manage the progression of risk projects being worked on by coordinating and ensuring engagement from varies key stakeholders both within the team and outside
  • Report on the progress of all risk items in governance forums
  • Responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivery of a defined project which requires engagement from varies key stakeholders both within the team and outside
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to collaborate on planning and execution
  • Coordinate and facilitate the program routines e.g. kick-off, program reviews, status review, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc.
  • Plans and coordinate program delivery and dependencies across multiple value streams
  • Provide status updates for the program to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the desired outcomes, delivery, risks/issues, and schedule
  • Measure the program success and reviews the metrics with stakeholders and leadership
  • Support governance and oversight processes for managing alignment of change to strategic goals

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Compliance/risk issue remediation experience
  • Relationship management
  • Data analysis/data mining
  • Knowledge of a suite of applications and processes
  • Experience with leading strategic deliverables as product owner and possess great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in Risk & Policies and Standards space
  • Ability to present to senior leadership
  • Ability to multitask, work well under pressure, running number of competing deliverables in parallel
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and advanced proficiency in Excel and Visio
  • In depth knowledge of a suite of applications and processes
  • Experience with process optimization
  • Experience with installing and managing controls to mitigate risk
  • Experience managing a portfolio of projects using Agile methodology
  • Track record of preparing materials for all levels within the organization (practitioner through to senior leadership)
  • Possess analytical and problem-solving skill

Pay Range: $54.54 - $62.54
