MBP is looking for a Junior Scheduler in the eastern portion of the US with experience providing schedule development and/or review services on construction projects. Proficient in Oracle P6 and experienced with Microsoft Project.

Main Duties:

* Performs reviews of contractor-submitted baseline and periodic schedule updates for compliance with the specification and overall reasonableness.

* Provides schedule development and updates services for contractors.

* Assist with developing and/or reviewing time extension requests.

* Assists with the development and/or analysis of post-construction delay analyses.

* Analyze drawings, specifications, and statement of work in preparation for schedule review services.

* Evaluate the actual construction status relative to the proposed plan.

* Analyze and communicate the impact of changes to the schedule.

* Occasional overnight travel may be required.

Education

* Undergraduate degree.

* 2+ years of scheduling experience on construction projects.

Skills and Abilities

* Ability to relate technical knowledge to a non-technical audience.

* Detail oriented and can manage multiple priorities.

* Skilled at developing and maintaining relationships.

* Ability to interface and effectively communicate with others.

* Understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling techniques

* Proficiency in Primavera (P6) software.

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office software programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

* Specific title based on candidate's education, background, and level of experience.
