Research Coordinator

Brailsford & Dunlavey, a leading facility planning and program management firm, is seeking an experienced research coordinator to join our team in Washington, DC.

The firm focuses specifically on development of quality-of-life facilities that serve the following areas: student housing, intercollegiate athletics, campus recreation, student unions, arenas, stadiums, campus edge developments, K-12 schools, community recreation, and professional sports.


Essential Responsibilities

This mid-level position will perform a variety of research tasks including:

• Conducting original research to support and improve the firm’s methodologies
• Organizing, distilling and assembling data
• Preparing data for presentations
• Coordinating presentations, webinars, or small conferences to present original research
• Evaluate B&D’s methodologies to ensure quantitative validity and integrity
• Update and refresh industry data that is used regularly in research projects

Minimum Requirements

• Master’s degree in quantitative methods, statistics, or related field required.
• 2 - 3 years of experience in a research role required.
• Must be a highly motivated individual, capable of producing exceptional results, whether working individually or within a team.
